"cancer is a word, not a sentence."

– John Diamon

Welcome

Welcome to the Philip Sceales and Janet Antrobus Cancer Research Trust. Established in 1992 in the will of the late Janet Antrobus (nee Sceales), who suffered from breast cancer for over 15 years.

S
et up in her memory, the trust inspires research into
breast cancer and its management for the benefit of
future generations.

Our Mission

The objective of the trust is to provide funding to higher education institutions for the purpose of stimulating, encouraging and enhancing post-graduate research and training in the field of cancer, its etiology, immunology,
diagnosis and treatment.

Any awards made by the trust are made to higher education institutions and not to individuals directly.
